Is the pricing $/month or $/user?
It’s both. Pricing is per user per month. We have diverse range of pricing plans and payment options. Please refer to pricing table for more details.
What are the extra features that come with the paid plans?
Our plans are designed to support the way teams work together. All our features are open to everyone including companies that are on the Simple Beginnings plan.
Does customer support come with the Simple Beginnings plan?
In addition to our community and online help, we offer all our Simple Beginnings customers free email support. You’ll never be without the support you need to build or improve one of your Orgzit apps.
Do I have to sign a fixed term contract?
No, you have the option of paying monthly or annually. If you choose to pay monthly your credit card will be billed each month. In other case, if you choose to pay annually your credit card will be charged every 12 months.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Absolutely. Orgzit uses 256-BIT SSL encryption to ensure all information between customer's computers and our servers are secure and encrypted. Our servers are physically located with Amazon Web Services, who provide best-of-breed physical security. We keep all server security patches up to date.
Can I cancel my account? Will I get a copy of my data later?
Yes you can cancel your account anytime from inside the application. Before cancelling the account, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a copy of your data.
Does Orgzit offer refunds?
As per our terms of service, we do not issue refunds. If you are on a paid plan, you can cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
What happens when I hit my usage limits?
If you reach your account limits, you’ll still be able to use your account in a read-only manner. We’ll let you know about the overage, and give you a grace period to find a plan that fits your needs!
Can Orgzit build my application for you?
We have a Customer Success Team that can work with you to help you build your applications. Alternatively, we are happy to refer you to one of our expert partners, who can design and configure and integrate your applications to your exact specifications.
Can I have some users on one plan and others on another?
All users must be on the same plan.
